Anna Rose - Owner

Anna Rose has always had a dream of sharing her love of dance with students of all ages. While living in NJ, she had the opportunity to study dance in her younger years with Roberta Mathes of Steps on Broadway (New York, NY) and Dariusz R. Hochman of Broadway Dance Center (New York, NY) who inspired Anna to follow her dream of teaching and continue her education.

Miss Rose graduated from Montclair State University (Upper Montclair, NJ) in 2005 with her BFA in Dance.  During this time, Anna taught at Broadway Bound Dance Center in Dumont, NJ for seven years.  In 2007, she relocated to Florida, teaching at many locations around the Tampa Bay area. Anna is currently a certified Pinellas County School teacher and taught dance in the public school system for 10 years.  She is also POINTE certified with ABASI, PBT certified, Acrobatic Arts Certified, Alixa Flexibility Certified Module 1 & 2, a certified CPR/First Aid/AED instructor with the American Red Cross, and a member of NDEO (National Dance Education Association). Miss Rose was also named Discount Dance Supply’s 2019 Dance Teacher of the year.

After seeing the need for affordable, quality dance education, she began an after school program at a local school, which later led to Dreamer's Dance Company. Anna and her faculty at Dreamer's Dance Company strives to create a positive, accepting dance space for all her dancers and believes that each and every dancer should have the chance to dance and reach their dreams.   Dreamer’s Dance Company continues to give back to the community involvement, donations to local charities and through the Susan Rose Bonanno Memorial Fund, which helps dancers who are limited by financial resources to pursue their dreams and passions.
